We are delighted that you are interested in the Flagstaff Arts and Leadership Academy!
Here are a few reasons why FALA might be right for your child:
- High school currently ranked #10 in Arizona (US News & World Report)
- Rigorous, college-prep curriculum
- More than 40 fine and performing art classes
- Small class size
- Individualized attention
- Professional and dedicated faculty
We encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter to get to know FALA.
Please note: We receive many, many requests for campus tours and for student shadowing. In an effort to best serve our current students and ensure that classrooms aren't disrupted, we have designed the following:
There will be a guided campus tour on Tues., April 15 at 5:00 p.m. Meet our Executive Director on the sidewalk outside of our Administration building. We'll walk through classrooms and she can answer additional questions you may have about FALA.
If your child secures a spot for the 2014-2015 school year, you may then schedule either a half day or full day of shadowing with a current FALA student. We will not schedule any shadowing until after Spring Break and after prospective FALA parents have been notified that their children have spots for the upcoming school year. Our Dean of Academy can arrange for your child to shadow a student who has a schedule your child might enjoy or can arrange for your child to shadow a student your child already knows.
Applying for admissions for the 2014-2015 school year:
Contact us to schedule a meeting in order to obtain an applications packet: Executive Director Becky Daggett (7th and 8th grades) or our Dean of Academy Ari Wilder (9th through 12th grades). You can also call Ari or Becky at 928-779-7223.
Our application deadline has passed. While we will continue to accept applications, they will be placed on our waiting list. Thank you!
