We are excited that you are interested in learning more about the Flagstaff Arts and Leadership Academy (FALA). FALA is currently rated as an excelling school by the Arizona Department of Education. As a small charter middle and high school with an enrollment of 300 students, we understand the importance of offering individual attention and support to all of our students. Our curriculum combines fine and performing arts with rigorous, college preparatory academics. The diversity of our students is demonstrated by their post-graduation plans. FALA graduates attend some of the most prestigious colleges and universities in the country along with nationally recognized art, music, and theater institutes. If you are interested in having your student attend FALA, you must attend an admissions open house and obtain an admissions packet. If we have more students who submit applications by the deadline than spaces available, we will hold a lottery for all available spaces.

We encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter to get to know FALA.

Our open houses will be your first opportunity to obtain an admissions application packet. We strongly encourage all interested parents to attend an open house in order to receive important information about FALA and to get a feel for our school.

Admissions open houses will be held:

Wed., Feb. 22, 2012 for 7th & 8th grades

Wed., Feb. 29, 2012 for 9th through 12th grades

Both open houses will be held at 5:30pm at the Coconino Center for the Arts, 2300 N Fort Valley Road.

Our application deadline is Friday, March 23, 2012 at 3:00PM.

Both open houses will last for about an hour and will include time for questions. If you are unable to make it to your scheduled open house, you may attend the other one, but please know that the information presented will be focused on the grades specified.
